Your name, address, email address, telephone number, payment method. This information is collected when you register a Subscriber Account, agree to Recipient designation, interact with our Support Team, participate on any of Legacysphere’s social media accounts, and participate in surveys or marketing promotions.

Your use of the Service, interactions with our advertising, information regarding your computer of device used to access the Site or Service. Statistics on page views, device IDs, IP address.
Use of Information
Protecting Your Privacy
Legacysphere’s provides Subscribers the ability to create personal messages for the subsequent delivery to designated Recipients. In accordance with our Terms, Legacysphere does not monitor Subscriber messages composed, saved, or in draft. Users are solely and explicitly responsible for the protection of the access to their Account and any content and/or information they provide to the Site. Recipients who receive messages from a Subscriber may, if they choose, share the content of messages they receive from Subscribers, in which Legacysphere will not be liable for any such resulting events.
We collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. Data included: IP addresses, your browser type and device being used, the web page you visited before coming to our Site, and identifiers associated with your devices.
Personally Identifiable Information
As part of your use of the Service, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information for purpose of use of providing and managing the Service. This information is required in order for Subscribers to create and manage their Account and for Recipients to receive messages from their Subscribers.
Use of Information
The information collected via the System, including personally identifiable information, is used mainly in the following ways:
- In accordance with our Terms, to manage the Site, your Account, which includes all User-provided personal information. If we need to contact you regarding your account, we may use the contact information you provided via Account Registration or from the information you provided from Acceptance of Recipient designation.
- To assist with the prevention of fraud by any User or outside source.
- To improve the Site’s content, analyze Site traffic, analyze and improve the Service.
- To send you promotions and marketing information offered by us. You may choose to opt-out and to not receive these communications.
When you choose to register or submit information to the Site, you agree to the use of such data in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
Sharing of Information
Legacysphere may disclose any information provided by you, to include personally identifiable information, to law enforcement for the purposes of complying with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request and to detect, prevent, or otherwise address illegal or suspected illegal activities (including payment fraud), security or technical issues, or protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Legacysphere, its users or the public, as required or permitted by law.

Unfortunately, no measures can be guaranteed to provide 100% security. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Legacysphere. While individuals under the age of 18 may choose to utilize the service, they do so without the permission of Legacysphere. We recommend the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian. We do not intentionally market to those 17 years of age or younger.
